Wiring a GPS tracking system and can’t figure out where the Ignition wire is so I can get power?
Truck is a 2009 Chevy 3500. I tried running the power lead through the accessory switch but it didn’t work. I need to tie into the ignition wire somehow. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!!
Check the wire to your cigarette lighter. Most only have power when the ignition is on. Wire it into that.
If it has power all the time, find the power lead to your radio and tap into that.
