how i can cancel my O2 24 months contract?
I am an O2 customer,i took HTC HD2,first it was working fine but after that it start playing up,i send it for repair and After 10 days i receive it back,start using it and after couple of days the same problem come up,i returned and i wait again 10 days,when i went to collect it the back of the phone looks uneven so i said that i want to send it for repair.Nut when i spoke with the customer service that said that they will send me a refurbish phone but i need to buy the accessories,and i said to them that is not wright.Can any one give me an advise what to do ?
the best thing you can do is either just phone up and ask to cancel it and if they say you have to come into the store go into the closest store to you, its the easiest way. I’m not sure how O2 works it, phone companies have different ways of doing it.
