How can i make a SAILOR GIRL costume from stuff i have at home? any other cute costume ideas? 10 POINTS!!!?

ok so i want to be a sailor girl. PLEASE answer these questions:

how can i make the sailor girl costume CUTE out of stuff i have at home or REALLY cheap stuff at the store? what kind of clothes shud u wear and wat accessories? hoe do i make a hat?

is this a good costume for a 7th grader?

any other costume ideas?

I also want to be one but it can be hard (I hope you wear junior sizes)

First off look for a uniform-like skirt (pleated and can be high waist) Forever 21 has some good ones

then go to your local craft store such a Michel’s, target.etc and see if you can find an anchor patch (to stick or sew onto skirt)

for the shirt you can just get a plain one or striped (i layer button up over striped)
