What is a AC Compressor Coil? Where can I buy one for a 2000 Honda Civic LX?

The Honda dealership told me I needed to buy one to fix the AC in my car, but Im having a really hard time finding any info on this part. I’ve only been able to find it mentioned twice. Once on a parts dealers website that sold a clutch, under the clutches description it said it included a coil. The clutch was very cheap which leads me to think that all clutches might come with a coil. Is this true?
