j&s accessories has anyone had problems with faulty goods?

recently spent £500 on motorcycle leathers the gloves are falling to bits they wont do anything about it they are alpinestars sps gloves £59 my opinion of j&s is everyone should steer cleer of them as they cant stand by faulty goods they sell has anyone had problems with this company

I bought a pair of riding Jeans with Kevlar in them ! (from the Greenwich store) I put a belt through the belt loops and 2 of the loops came away at the seams ! Then the the stitching on the left leg came away !
These jeans were supposed to protect me ! WTF ?
I took them back and they were just plain rude. They wouldn’t even give me a refund the cheeky ***** !
They cost me £60 and i wont be going there again !
If you spent £500 then i would call Trading Standards !
