If I buy this and hook it up in my jeep can I stream the music off my Ipod touch?
No, this is just to charge your iPod.
You can plug one into the wall, and put one in your car and charge your phone at home and on the go.
All this does is charge, no music streaming.

PS: My uncle had a Jeep and he bought a tape to AUX adapter. It’s a tape you insert with a headphone AUX cord coming out and you plug it into your iPod and you play music off of it. It’s about $20 bucks at Walgreens.
