Orders are processed for shipping Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 4:00 PM MDT. Orders normally ship within 48 business hours of completed payment transactions. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will take priority before Monday orders. If your order cannot be shipped within 48 busines hours, you will be notified by phone or email as to the reason why, along with an estimated shipping date. Shipping charges are based on current carrier rates calculated from the actual weight of your package. We take special care to make sure your purchase arrives with no damage.
If your order requests that your item is to be shipped to an address other than the billing address on file with your credit card compnay, we will need to verify this alternate address. A day time and night time telephone number will need to be included on yor order. For your protection, and the protection of Grand Accessories, all orders with this request will be verified via a telephone call before shipping. Your order will be immediately cancelled if the information cannot be verified. Grand Accessories is commited to keeping online shpping safe, secure and enjoyable for everyone.
Grand Accessories shipping location is Loveland, Colorado, USA. We ship by UPS, USPS and FedEx. IF a tracking number is provided this number will be emailed to the customer so they can also track their package. Fed-Ex or UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Be sure to provide an actual street address.
A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all orders that are cancelled prior to shipping. Notify Grand Accessories at sales@grandaccessories.com to inquire about possible cancellation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE: You will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, etc. charged by your country at the border.
RETURN POLICY
We personally inspect each and every product before shipping to our customers. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send an email to sales@grandaccessories.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. Valid refunds, exchanges or replacements will be honored with full refund of the product price. The product must be returned within 3 business days for the refund to remain valid.
In order for a refund to be considered, the product must be returned in unused condition with authenticity card, care card, dustbag, original tissues, and plastic bag; all that are applicable. Refunds will be voided if there are signs of use or any of the above items are missing. Refunds will not include shipping unless the product is being returned because it was damaged during shipping. |
