The Gateway 300 model from Dension also provides an extra USB input so that you can connect it to a mass storage device. Because of this, you can easily store ten thousand different tracks. Also, you can always keep the backup connected so that you can use it whenever you want.

The other option that you have in terms of compatibility is Gateway 500. This is a fibre optic kit that has fabulously extended the performance of the of the factory equipment of BMW. Because of the fibre optic system, this device offers a completely integrated iPod connection that can be controlled through the iDrive system.
