My Apple iPhone touch screen isn’t working!?

My 7 month daughter had my iPhone in her mouth and I didn’t notice it! Now the touch screen is not responding to my touch, is it completely broken? It also keeps displaying “This accessory is not made to work with the iPhone…” anyone?

Interesting. Try this:

Hold down both the power button and the home button. When it turns off, let go. Then power it back on.

See if that helps. My guess is that your daughter had the bottom part in her mouth and the saliva got into the dock port. The iPhone though it was an accessory, and “froze” waiting for the accessory to send some signal. Restarting it should help.

If not, take it to an Apple store.
