how to set up a aquarium and how verify the brand of accessories?

Is there a reason to verify the brand of accessories? It really doesn’t matter. We are not talking sony here.
Place the tank where it won’t be in direct sunlight.
Wash the gravel and decorations for your tank. Place the gravel in the tank. Put the heater filter and anything else you are planning on using on or in the tank.
Use a clean 5 gallon bucket for mixing water. Tap water into the bucket with enough dechlor for that amount of water. Pour into the tank. Continue till tank is full.
turn on filter(s) and heater. Allow the water to come to the temperature for the fish you will be keeping.
Let it cycle.

Test the water to ensure the ammonia and nitrites have spiked and dropped.
Start to add fish. Do not just dump 8 fish into the tank, you will want to add one or two at a time to ensure your biofilter doesn’t spike.
